To Live and Die in LA doesn't have a twist, but it certainly has one of the best "reversals" I've ever seen. It's a bit like Psycho in that way.

What does "flying cows" mean?
It's a joke on the whole "Twister" thing - you know, 'cause it was also the name of Twisterthat had a flying cow in it. And obviously a very good joke! Because the best kind of joke is the one you need to explain! God, I feel like Jay Londonall of a sudden. And that's never good. I'm sorry, this will be over soon.
