So was it good?
It started slow, but I thought it really got on a roll once they started shooting the "movie." It's very dry. Much more subtle overall than Joe Schmo.
I'm reserving full judgment until the mini-series is complete. The second episode was better than the first, and if it's anything like Schmo, it'll continue getting better as story points that are planted early on blossom into full on insanity. I did laugh out loud several times during tonight's installment - I loved the klepto actress.
I'm really enjoying Shatner's "nephew." And the love scene with Shatner and that farm girl was hilarious.
The cue card business is truly inspired.

Also, I thoroughly enjoyed the parable about the penguin who wanted bigger wings.
"Hello, Bill? This is Morgan? Why aren't you at the poker game?"
